The Heart of the Commonwealth

Worcester Senior Report

Worcester · Massachusetts

Because getting older should come with better information, not less of it.

Services & Resources

Worcester Mental Health

Counselling, grief support and groups for isolation and depression.

Isolation and depression hit seniors hard, especially after losing a spouse or moving away from familiar neighborhoods. Worcester has counselors and support groups that specialize in older adults, and we make sure that information gets out there. If you're caregiving and feeling burnt out yourself, we cover resources for you too.

Every number below was read on the organisation's own website on 28 and 30 September 2026. Where one could not be, the listing says so.
