Each one is checked before it appears: a step-free way in, a chair that is steady, staff who are patient and used to thinning hair and sensitive skin, clean tools, prices said plainly, senior discounts where they exist, and somewhere to park or a bus that stops nearby. If a salon is not listed yet, it has not been checked yet - nothing else is implied by it.
